I really enjoyed using photoshop, even though it's still hard for me to make things look decent.  My favorite photo we had to do in class was the tree with the single red leaf on its trunk with more view of the branches.  I really like putting filters on it as it brings a cool watercolored style, while also showing the awesome fall colors.  I would like to go back and fix the picture of my dog as the hue was not really useful in the situation.  My favorite photo is of the fall sunset because I went into photoshop and did what my dad asked me to do all summer.  I finally stained the deck, you're welcome Dad.
